75 Tornado laser system is designed for multi-shift
operations and mass production applications. Its double flashlamp
system offers the highest peak pulse power available on the market,
which is particularly important for mass production in multishift
operations. This combination of peak pulse power and equally high
pulse energy allows the system to weld materials, which demand a
high melting energy.
The averaged performance of 75 Watt at 15 cycles per second ensures
a rapid workflow during production. Two internal heat exchangers
provide sufficient cooling for this enormous power. The simple operating
controls using a shift regulator also make it quick and easy to
learn for users who are unfamiliar with operating laser systems.
